Tradewinds Church strives to create an environment of service to God and to one another.  Each individual ministry within the church is part of a larger team, organized by a team leader, and overseen by our elders.  This structure keeps communication fluid and effective, maintains accountability within our church body, and gives new TC members and attenders an easy way to plug in.  The five major ministry teams are: Outreach, Worship, Administration, Education and Fellowship/Membership/Care.
